Siddhar is the term derived from the word Sithi, the state of being mastered in spiritual, tantric, Astrology, Alchemy, science and cosmic knowledge. Those who attained these states (Siddham) are known as Siddhars. Siddhars are immortality people; they can achieve it by controlling time and cosmos then transforming their soul by manipulating into the molecular atom. Their bodies are preserved in the state called Jeeva Samadhi (Soulful Meditation) and they will operate or transform their soul to different bodies by keeping their original body in preserved state (Egyptian Kings followed these through Mummified process), so that whenever they feel to return to their body they will awaken or rise from the soulful meditation.

Siddhars do not engage with public harmony, they are living the natural way of life, past the country, city, language, and ethnicity. They create their own lifestyle. Most of us think that Siddhars are devotional people and they will lead to divine spiritual world but the actual guidance they’re giving is, how a normal human attains the enlightenment.

Gifts to Mankind

Siddhars findings and teachings were written in the form of poems in the Tamil language on palm leaves. Hence you can also note the age of the Tamil Language. All the poems are written in high brilliance encoded the Tamil language so that the information can be decoded only by the wise people.  Siddhars are also the founders of the Varma Kalai, which is a Tamil traditional art of human vital points. It is a component of traditional massage, alternative medicine, traditional yoga and martial arts in which the body’s pressure points (Varmam) are manipulated to heal or cause harm. Siddhars are one who created Siddha medicines which is the Traditional native medicine of Tamil Nadu. Unlike other medicines, Siddha medicine is the one which involves pulse reading to find the origin of the disease.

Eight classical Siddhis (Ashta Siddhi)

Siddhars attain this immense knowledge by performing meditation and yoga. By doing consistent deep meditation Siddhars manifest Siddhis. Siddhis commonly referred to expose the extraordinary power of the soul by spiritual, paranormal, supernatural, or otherwise magical powers.
